V podstat\u011b dostane slu\u0161nou d\u00e1vku b\u00edlkovin, kterou by muselo t\u011blo dlouho vytv\u00e1\u0159et.Co o quinoe v\u00edme? Jedn\u00e1 se o jedl\u00e1 sem\u00ednka obil\u00ed, kter\u00e1 jsou pln\u00e1 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch \u017eivin, miner\u00e1l\u016f, b\u00edlkovin, vitam\u00edn\u016f atd. Obsahuje velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed flavonoid\u016f a rostlinn\u00e9 antioxidanty. M\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed obsah vl\u00e1kniny, ne\u017e v\u011bt\u0161ina jin\u00fdch obilovin.
